How to sign up
1. Reserve Your Box
Click Reserve Now to complete a short questionnaire and make payment to secure your preferred box. Your reservation is held while we complete verification.
2. Complete Verification
After your reservation, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step instructions. You will be asked to upload a photo of your Passport/ID and a proof of address (dated within the last 3 months). Please complete verification within 30 days of payment so we can schedule your appointment. If verification isn’t approved, a refund will be processed according to our policy.
3. Collect Your Keys
Once verification is approved, we’ll contact you to arrange your visit to The Reserve. During your appointment, you’ll choose your box, sign the required forms, and receive your keys.

Accessing Your Safe Deposit Box
Business hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
For after-hours access, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional fees apply for emergency access.
