How to sign up
1. In-person registration
Do come down in person to The Reserve when signing up as there is a need for personal details verifications and signing of forms or documents.
NOTE: Please schedule an appointment before visiting!
Our operating hours for registration are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
2. Place a deposit
Secure your preferred box by placing a refundable deposit of $200 to receive your keys.
3. Access your Safe Deposit Box
Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For after-hours access to your SDB, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In case of an emergency, an additional fee will apply.
